Awpro Warranty Policy:

Awpro warranty policy ensures that your product is protect against any defects in material, design and/or workmanship after purchase of the product. Also on selected products warranty repairs will be carried out at Awpro’s authorize service centers. 

Awpro warranty policy is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and/or workmanship. Warranty obligations are limit to repairing of defective product. Or also refunding the amount of the purchased product (such a decision at the product Seller’s discretion). Not all products are covered by the warranty, always also check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits.

In cases where Awpro warranty policy are consider a twelve (12) month warranty will be provided for eligible items purchased within UAE. Repair or replacement also under the terms of a warranty does not provide a right to extension or renewal of the warranty period. Warranty terms are in accordance with your device manufacturer. In the event that your product cannot be repaire but is still under the manufacturer’s warranty. Also we’ll issue a replacement or, if a replacement isn’t available, you’ll be refund in full.*Protected during the Awpro warranty policy period

By submitting your product for repair, you consent to Awpro and/or a third party repairing your product. And also you provide permission for your contact details to be use in connection with the repair service. About Replacements

You can replace an eligible item through our Online Returns Center.

Did you receive a damage, defective or wrong item sell by Awpro and also want to replace it with the same item? Is your order missing an item or part and you want a refund or replacement? Check our Return Policy page for info

The item being replace must meet the following criteria:

  • Shipped to a delivery within United Arab Emirates
  • Shipped and sold by Awpro
  • Not an Add-On item
  • Wasn’t purchased with a promotion (except for free shipping promotions).

Note: In most cases, you are require to return the original item receive for a Replacement. You’ll need to return the original item within the state return window to avoid being charge for both the original and replaced items.
