Awpro Refund and Return Policy

Products purchased from Awpro must be report within 2 days of receipt of shipment if the product did not start when they arrive. Arrive in damage condition or are still in an unopen box can be returned and in exchange. We can give replacement or repair the product if we can’t process repair or replacement than only we will provide a full refund in store credit. Or amount within 7 – 10 days of purchase based on the condition.

* Awpro may test products that are return because they didn’t start when they arrive and impose a customer fee. Equal to 25 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.

* Any return products that are damage through customer misuse, is missing parts or is in unsellable condition. Due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charge a higher restocking fee base on the condition of the product.

* Any claim about DOA/missing or damage items is to be report within 2 days from the date of invoice.

* Items in the website are on back to back order or special order professional equipment import against specific purchase order. Customer is fully responsible for all the purchases. Standard manufacturer’s warranty terms applicable on all the products.

* In the event of funds received by our bank is less than the expect amount, the goods shall not be release until the same is receive as complete.

* Buyer shall be liable for any additional taxes due for your specific country.

* The above goods remain the property of seller until full payment receive.

* AWPRO will consider the buyer is accept all the above terms & condition mention in refund and return policy before placing the order.

Once the item is approve by Awpro your refund and how your refund is issue may differ base on the condition of the item. How long you have the item and also how the item is purchase.

Where’s My Refund?

You can check the payment method that is refund and the status of your refund in Your Orders.

If your refund is not showing as refund in Your Account and the processing time for your payment method is pass. Contact us for further assistance.

If your refund does show as refund in Your Account and the standard time-frame as mentioned above is pass. And you have still not received the refund, please contact your bank for more information.

Note: After the courier is receive your item, it can take up to 1 week for us to receive and also process your return.
