Return Criteria

Return is eligible upon our acceptance of the item, item eligible for return:

  • Manufacturing Defect
  • Different product delivered
  • Product must contains in Original package
  • Unused Product
  • Damaged product received 

Return of a product is eligible till 10 days after delivery 
Upon receiving the product, our quality assurance team will inspect its condition and determine whether it is accepted or not.
You will be informed About the status within 7 working days

Re-stock Criteria 

  • Unopened product – There will be 10% of restocking fee charges, if still in new condition without visible wear and tear.
  • Opened product – There will be 10% of restocking fee charges, if still in new condition without visible wear and tear.
  • Worn/Damaged – No return will be initiated in this case
  • Require repair products – No return will be initiated in this case
  • Severely Damaged products – No return will be initiated in this case

Inspection Timeline- The inspection process will take approximately 3-4 working days.

To ensure compliance with the above criteria, all returned and Re-stock items will undergo inspection. If the product fails to meet the specified conditions, we reserve the right to decline a refund and re-stock.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Processing- Once the product is deemed eligible, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method and completed within 7-8 working days 
  2. Note- We can only refund the original purchase price after bank charges deduction. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
