The elastic strap secures around your wrist or ankle using a hook-and-loop strap, and it features a 9 to 11″ inner length to fit a variety of wrist sizes. On the exterior, there is a built-in 3-prong mount and a thumbscrew to secure your action camera. It can rotate 360 around your wrist to capture shots in various configurations.
