HDMI, component, and composite inputs are available for connecting HD or SD video sources. Those sources will show up on the 21.5? ? IPS LCD screen, whose 250 cd/m ? brightness and 3000:1 contrast ratio offers rich color and sharp images for visual analysis. Monitoring tools such as focus peaking and markers are built-in, extending the functionality of the display. The display itself in enclosed in an aluminum travel suitcase which can be propped up on a flat surface for quick setups without a stand. Further ensuring that this monitor remains portable, a V-mount battery plate is provided next to the video inputs. All monitor functionality can be accessed via the easily reachable front-panel controls.
