Battery status data is continuously communicated to the camera. Remaining capacity is displayed on the camera�s LCD monitor and viewfinder, allowing operators to monitor battery status easily and accurately while shooting.

The BP-U70 offers significantly higher capacity while having the same charging time than the previous generation BP-U60.
