we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following criteria and conditions for exchanges, returns, refunds, and restocking.

A product is eligible for return only if it meets the following conditions:
- Manufacturing defect
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Product in original packaging
- Product is unused and unopened
- Return request is submitted within 10 days after delivery
👉 Upon receiving the item, our Quality Assurance Team will inspect it to confirm eligibility for return or exchange.

- Submit your request within 10 days of purchase/delivery.
- For damaged or incorrect deliveries, you must notify us within 48 hours.

- Refunds: Refunds are only applicable in case of a manufacturing defect, provided the original invoice is presented.
- Exclusions: Personal care products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Bundle Purchases: Products bought as part of a bundle or promotional offer must be returned in full, including all accessories and free items.
- Proof of Purchase: The original invoice/bill is required for all returns.

- If you received a damaged or wrong product, AWPRO will cover all shipping fees for the return/exchange.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
Re-stock Criteria

- Unopened Product: No restocking fee.
- Opened but Unused (new condition without wear/tear): 10% restocking fee applies.
- Worn/Damaged Products: Not eligible for return.
- Products requiring repair: Not eligible for return.
- Severely damaged products: Not eligible for return.
⏱ Inspection Timeline: 3–4 working days.
If the product does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to decline the refund or re-stock.

- Once approved, refunds/exchanges will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank, refunds may take an additional 2–10 working days to reflect in your account.
- Only the original purchase price will be refunded (after deduction of bank charges, if applicable).
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- You will be notified of the status of your return/refund within 7 working days.
