The Dome Diffuser for A1 from Profoto opens the door to several soft light options. The Dome can be pointed straight up for an effect reminiscent of a "bare bulb" effect. With head tilted down slightly, you can bounce it off the ceiling, while directing some of the light forward. You can also aim the A1 directly at the subject for soft, open shadow, flat light with a hint of crispness.
