Varavon Slidecam S 1200 Camer Slider (120Cm)

Featuring 8mm steel rails, the Varavon Slidecam S 1200 is a camera slider that lets you add smooth linear motion with loads up to 48.5 pounds. The track measures 47.2" long, just under 2" wide, and features index markings on the top of the rails for precise and repeatable start and stop points. The slider platform rides on three roller bearings for smooth operation, with an integrated brake letting you secure the carriage in place at any point along the rails for locked-down shots or when transporting the slider.

The platform features a 3/8"-16 mounting screw for attaching a ball head or fluid head, with a thumbwheel at the side of the platform used to tighten the head to the carriage. Threaded mounting holes on the at the ends and underside of the track allow for mounting on tripods stands. For ground level or tabletop shots, the slider features a folding leg system with adjustable feet provides leveling and two points of articulation, so you can support the slider on almost any hard surface, smooth, or uneven.

An included rail cleaning device fits snugly on the rails and cleans them of debris, so you can avoid pitting of the rails or track wheels. The included carry bag and shoulder strap allow you to pack up and take your slider with you, making it a completely portable solution.

The Varavon Birdycam II is a handheld motorized 3-axis gimbal stabilization system for cameras weighing up to 5.5 pounds. It allows you to capture smooth, fluid shots whether you're actively following the subject, or the subject is simply passing by you. The camera platform is adjustable to support a variety of small to mid-sized cameras, including DSLRs, mirrorless cameras like the Sony a7s or GH4, and the Blackmagic Cinema Camera or Production Camera 4K.

The steering handle moves along three axes (up/down, left/right, and sideways), and your camera hangs suspended on a gimbal in the center and smoothly follows your movements. Even without the motors running, the gimbal balances out relatively smoothly, but with the motors on, the stabilizer counteracts unwanted movements and shake to keep your camera stable. Additionally, there's also a thumb-control joystick on the steering handle that lets you pan and tilt the gimbal without moving the handle itself.

The motors are powered by up to two Varavon batteries, with one battery provided with the stabilizer. A stand is also included for setting the Birdycam down. All the components come to you in a compartmentalized case with soft foam interior and requiring hardly any assembly.

The Motorroid L 1500 Slider Motorized Kit from Varavon is an add-on for select Slidecam camera sliders that turns the slider into a motorized system. It features a motor, pulley system, and a saddle for attaching an included belt to the camera carriage. This version includes a belt compatible with Slidecam LITE, Slidecam V, Slidecam S, and EX PLUS models up to 59" in length. The motor and pulley system mounts easily to the ends of the tripod and doesn't interfere with leg movement.

Simple left, right, and stop movement control is performed using a single switch, with a dial providing acceleration adjustment. Limit sensors ensure that the motor doesn't keep running when the camera carriage reaches either end of the track. For shorter, repeatable slides, a pair of included limit clips can be placed onto the belt and will trigger the limit sensors to stop movement. When more advanced and programmable control is needed, including camera shutter release for time-lapse videos, an optional Timeroid controller is available. To power the motor, the kit includes a 110 to 240 VAC power adapter, though it can also be powered using a separately available battery pack for enhanced mobility.
