This mount works directly with Easy-Folder Light Shapers, though optional speed rings, such as the included Bowens S mount version, are available so you can use your own modifiers. It also incorporates the Griffin Universal Flash Mount, which securely clamps down onto the head of most shoe-mounted units, alleviating stress on the shoe and allowing for the use of shoe-mounted triggering systems. Additionally, the system features a 1/4""-20 thread as well as a 5/8"" stud with 3/8""-16 thread for mounting.
