A diffuser that fits over the open end of the umbrella to effectively turn it into a softbox is available as an option.	Whether on location or in the studio, a reflector is one of the easiest and most effective methods for controlling your light. The 22" 7-in-1 Light Multi Collapsible Reflector from Phottix provides seven different colors and panels in a single, compact package. For basic bounce, this reflector offers standard white, warming gold, and cooling/crisp silver panels. A black absorption panel is available for use as a flag or to improve overall contrast, and the translucent white diffusion panel will soften the output of your light source. Blue and green panels are suitable for background work and special effects. This reflector is designed to conveniently fold down to 1/3 of its open size for transport or storage in the included carrying case.	The Black Backing for 33" Premio Shoot-Through Umbrella from Phottix fits over the open side of the umbrella and blocks transmission of light resulting in approximately 2 stops of neutral-colored, reflected output. With the black backing installed, the convex white part of the umbrella is pointed at the subject like a softbox, yielding slightly snappier contrast than traditional bounce umbrellas	The Phottix 40" Reflective Studio Umbrella is a suitable light modifier, portable flash or studio strobe. A reversible sleeve has gold, silver, black and white surfaces that zip around a translucent white disc.
