CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Customs fees, import duties, taxes and other charges to the shipment may vary in the international orders. Awpro has no control over these charges and cannot provide any estimates for fees expected. Please contact your local customs office for further details.
We have currently tied up with FedEx to deliver your shipments safely, securely and on time.
We may use other method for shipments to deliver on time, in case it is needed.
Please note that products shipped and which may not comply with destination country’s standards, specifications and labeling requirements. The customer is solely responsible for determining if the product(s) can be legally imported into the country. In case the product can not be imported due to the legalities and the shipment is returned back to Awpro the refund amount will be after deducting the entire shipment cost.
Please note that international shipments are subject to inspections by the customs authorities. Any information about your products contained therein may be provided customs authorities as part of the customs clearance procedures.
