Return Policy:

Thank you for shopping with us at Awpro. We strive to provide you with the best products and customer service. In the event that you need to return an item, we have implemented a restocking fee policy to ensure the smooth processing and restocking of returned items.

Restocking Fee Explanation: A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the costs associated with processing and restocking the returned items. This fee allows us to make the product available to other customers at a lower price, considering factors such as the product’s seal being broken or its condition being less than perfect.

Restocking Fee Assessment Guideline:

Sealed Products: No restocking fee will be collected if the product is still sealed in its original packaging.

Opened but Sellable Products: For products with broken seals or in an opened but sellable condition, a standard 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee is to help us offer the product to other customers at a reduced price due to the broken seal.

Products with Compromised Condition: If the product’s condition is more severely compromised, such as damaged packaging, missing components, or noticeable wear and tear, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted. This fee covers the cost of refurbishing and making the product available to others at a discounted rate.

Products Requiring Refurbishing or Repairs: For items needing refurbishing or substantial repairs, a restocking fee of 30% will be deducted. This fee supports the refurbishing process so that we can offer the product to others at a reduced cost.

Unsalvageable or Requiring Replacement: In extreme cases where the product is unsalvageable or requires complete replacement, a restocking fee of 40% will be deducted. For such cases, our team will consult with the management to determine the best course of action. Rest assured, this fee covers the cost of disposal and replacement of the product.

Please ensure that the returned items adhere to the guidelines provided to avoid any unnecessary restocking fees. Should you have any further questions or concerns about our return policy, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team.

About Refunds

Once the item is approve by Awpro your refund and how your refund is issue may differ base on the condition of the item. How long you have the item and also how the item is purchase.

Where’s My Refund?

You can check the payment method that is refund and the status of your refund in Your Orders.

If your refund is not showing as refund in Your Account and the processing time for your payment method is pass. Contact us for further assistance.

If your refund does show as refund in Your Account and the standard time-frame as mentioned above is pass. And you have still not received the refund, please contact your bank for more information.

Note: After the courier is receive your item, it can take up to 1 week for us to receive and also process your return.
