Available in black, the ME 2-II from Sennheiser is an omnidirectional lavalier microphone designed to capture speech and vocals. It takes concepts found in the original ME-2 and expands them, focusing the frequency response and offering full compatibility with digital RF-transmission systems. Whereas the ME-2 could introduce noise if the capsule and transmit antenna were over 7.9? away from each other, the ME 2-II is 100% compliant with digital RF systems, such as the SpeechLine Digital Wireless system. Also, where the ME-2 gave you a frequency response of 30 Hz to 20 kHz, this iteration narrows the range from 50 Hz to 18 kHz. The focusing allows the capsule to hone in more on appropriate tonalities, minimizing the capture of frequencies piercingly high and unnecessarily low in the context of vocal recording.Additionally, this model features a lighter-weight housing compared to the original, as well as an improved clip and an integrated windscreen. A cable length of 5.2' provides enough slack for nearly any situation, at the end of which sits a locking 3.5mm Sennheiser-style connector for compatible systems, such as the AVX, XS Wireless 1, XS Wireless 2, and more.Upgrade the audio quality in your video productions by switching from the built-in mic on your camera to the ?Sennheiser MKE 600 ?battery- or phantom-powered shotgun microphone. Its focused directional characteristics and resistance to structure-borne noise offer sonic results well suited to a variety of production scenarios from independent films and web series to nature shows and documentaries. The MKE 600's high sensitivity and low-noise circuitry unlock improved sound quality without extreme gain on noisy camera preamps. With a natural roll-off at 40 Hz and a selectable low-cut filter at 100 Hz, the MKE 600 can deliver clear intelligibility while attenuating low-frequency noise such as rumble. Plus, its frequency response incorporates a gentle rise in treble to enhance speech clarity. The lightweight and durable metal housing ensures reliable toughness without weighing down your rig. The included shoe shockmount accommodates mounting the MKE 600 to a camera or tripod.Quality SoundThe 10" long MKE 600 uses an interference tube and a supercardioid/lobar polar pattern to provide pronounced directivity on-axis along with significant attenuation of sound entering at the sides and rear, making the MKE 600 far more effective at capturing distant sources than the omnidirectional mics found in most cameras.Bass Roll-OffThe MKE 600 naturally reduces sub-bass frequencies below 40 Hz to prevent unnatural bass buildup. Activate the switchable low-cut filter at 100 Hz to roll off more low-frequency noise from common sources such as air conditioners and traffic.Battery or Phantom PoweredThanks to its 3-pin XLR output and compliance with 48 VDC phantom powering, the MKE 600 is compatible with a variety of handheld audio recorders, field recorders, and mixer adapters, as well as built-in preamps on many camcorders and cinema cameras. When using devices that don't offer phantom power, the MKE 600 may be powered for up to 150 hours by a single AA battery (available separately). Approximately 8 hours of operating time remain once the low-battery indicator lights up red. Use the on/off switch to prevent unnecessary battery drain.Ideal for Camera, Tripod, or Boompole MountingThe MKE 600 includes a shoe shockmount for easy placement on your camera or a tripod. To mount the MKE 600 on a boompole or mic stand, use the Rycote InVision INV-HG mkIII shockmount (available separately), which will also impede the transfer of vibrations between your boompole/stand and the mic.Windscreen Minimizes Wind NoiseThe MKE 600 has a foam windscreen to reduce unwanted wind noise from breezes, fans, heaters, and air conditioners by up to 25 dB. Enhanced attenuation of wind noise is possible with the addition of an optional windshield such as the Rycote 15cm Super-Softie, which also provides high immunity to rain. For maximum reduction of handling noise and wind noise in indoor or outdoor environments, consider a complete windjammer, windshield, and shockmount suspension system such as the Rycote Super-Blimp NTG or the large Rycote Super-Shield Kit (both available separately).

The MKH 416 is a short gun interference tube microphone. Its excellent directivity and compact design, high consonant articulation and feedback rejection make the MKH 416 a superb all-round microphone for film, radio and television, especially

for outside broadcast applications.

  • Very low inherent self-noise

  • High sensitivity

  • Transformerless and fully floating balanced output

  • Rugged, suitable for adverse climatic conditions

  • Matt black all-metal body

The ?Sennheiser ME 66 is a super-cardioid shotgun condenser microphone designed to provide focused sound pickup for boom operators, sound engineers, and videographers in ENG, EFP, video and television production, broadcast, and interviews. It's super-cardioid/lobar polar pattern delivers a tight, focused pickup area with an effective rejection of sounds from the sides and rear of the mic. A wide 40 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response ensures accurate signal capture across the frequency spectrum, making it welcome for recording dialog, Foley, sound effects, and ambient noise. With high sensitivity and maximum SPL ratings, it works well with a variety of preamps and can handle both hushed and loud sound sources. Its low self-noise yields an improved signal-to-noise ratio appropriate for typical digital recording systems. The ME 66 easily attaches to a K6 or K6P powering module (required and available separately) for simple integration with standard microphone preamps. Its compact body allows camera and boom pole mounting while remaining out of the shot.Effective Noise RejectionHighly directional supercardioid/lobar polar pattern yields enhanced attenuation at the sides of the microphone and maximum pickup at the frontWide Frequency Response40 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response for detailed, accurate signal reproductionHigh Maximum SPLHigh 125 dB maximum SPL provides a distortion-free recording of loud sourcesCompact DesignCompact enclosure enables lightweight to use on video cameras and boom polesPowering OptionsEasily attaches to K6 or K6P powering modules (available separately) for stable powerProtective FinishMatte black, anodized, scratch-resistant finishThe ?HD 280 Pro Circumaural Closed-Back Monitor Headphones ?from ?Sennheiser ?feature a collapsible design with swiveling earcups and extended low end reproduction with a frequency response of 8 Hz to 25 kHz. Rejection of outside noise is high, rated up to -32 dB. Efficient neodymium magnets contribute toward an extended dynamic range and high output. The thick, padded leatherette earcups and adjustable padded headband allow for a precise and comfortable fit during extended periods of studio recording and mixing.
