  1. Above item(s) supplied based on customer request.
  2. Item can only be returned in pristine (packed and sellable) condition.
  3. Item will not be accepted as a return if both parties agreed to a no return policy at the inception of the deal.
  4. If the item is open or missing accessories will be invoiced to the customer at a retails price.
  5. Commercial invoices will be raised only after payment is received.
